Project Management

Site Superintendent

• Coordinate prime contractors’ daily activities
• Manages project documentation, provides reports to PM
• Assures project quality meets requirements
• Issues resolution for project site issues
• Processes & communicates project changes such as Notices, Bulletins, ASI’s and RFI’s

Educational Requirements

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED), five years construction related experience

Project Manager

• Responsible for project schedule
• Responsible for project budget
• Provide owner satisfaction on project.
• Efficiently manage the project team.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S) from a four-year college or university in a construction related field and five years related experience, or eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Sr. Project Manager

• Identical duties as a project manager applied to the organizations more complex and larger scale projects.

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S) from a four-year college or university in a construction related field and ten years related experience, or ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Director of Project Management

• Develop and implement project management procedures
• Organize, manage, and oversee all project managers
• Manage the project management work load
• Oversight of site project management procedures
• Assist with project dispute resolution

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S) from a four-year college or university in a construction related field and ten plus years related experience, or ten plus years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Estimator

Estimator

• Prepare bid packages and estimates for hard bid projects
• Setup project for bidday and enter pricing/bids on bidday
• Analyze sub contractor bids and contract bidders to resolve conflicts on bidday
• Prepare sub-contracts and purchase orders for successfully bid projects
• May handle project close-out for projects less than $2M

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) in a four-year college or university in a construction related field and five years related experience; or eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Sr. Estimator

• Prepare/coordinate conceptual and large hard bid estimates
• Apply set guidelines for labor, materials, equipment, subcontractor, overhead, and profit percentages to bidday estimates
• Closings for large/complex projects
• Present conceptual scope/estimate to prospective customers
• Negotiate non-hard bid contracts
• Track and recommend potential projects to bid
• Post-Bid analysis of successful and unsuccessful bids
• May supervise Jr. staff

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) in a four-year college or university in a construction related field and ten years related experience; or ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Chief Estimator

• Directs major estimating functions of all projects over 2M
• Set guidelines for labor, materials, equipment, subcontractor, overhead, and profit percentages for all types of estimates
• Reviews recommendations of potential project to bid
• Administers budgets, staffing, and supervision of estimating dept.
