Project Management

Project Engineer

• Assist PM with creating, processing, tracking and maintenance of submittals, RFI’s, and change orders.
• Assist PM in updating project schedule
• Track all correspondence/communications for the project.
• Assist PM and Estimating in complying with applicable BOQ processes
• Works with safety director to ensure a safe site for all personnel

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college or university in a construction related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Quality Manager

• Site Safety Measures/W.I.S.E.
• BOQ Site Management Review
• TRAQS
• LEED Site Managment

Estimator

Jr. Estimator

• Maintains/updates/researches current pricing on labor, materials, equipment, and sub-contractor unit costs current information on prices
• Compiles data for hard bid estimates
• Prepare labor, materials, equipment, and sub-contract take-offs
• Maintains/develops existing/new sub/supplier contact information database
• Prepare routine estimates with designated estimating software/methods
• Contacts potential bidders to ensure adequate bid coverage on bids
