In May 2011, Touchstone CPM, in partnership with Shook Construction of Dayton, Ohio, completed the construction of a new K-3 building for Brookville Local Schools. The project scope included a 51,757 elementary school that houses a computer lab, 18 classrooms, library with circus themed ceiling tiles, gymnasium with a fluid applied floor, student dining with a stage, administrative areas, and an exterior land lab. The building was designed for 450 students and is made of brick veneer with steeply sloped metal roof and a cupola in the center.

Recently, the building obtained approval from the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) for LEED Silver Certification. SHP served as the project architect.
