Work Wraps up on Lima Reineke Dealership Project

LIMA, OH --- Tom & Bill Reineke, owners of several auto dealerships in Ohio, recently selected Touchstone CPM, Inc. of Lima, Ohio as its Construction Manager for its new $1.5 million service department and sales building project in Lima. The project includes a new 9,000 square foot steel building, holding a state-of-the-art service department, which is being constructed behind the existing building at 1350 N. Cable Road in Lima. The new building will be operational by August 2012. Following that, a new showroom and sales building will also be built due east of the existing sales building, which will be demolished after the new building is completed. That space will be open for business four months later in December.
Design work has been completed and construction is currently in progress. Bruce Perry, Director of Business Development for Touchstone CPM commented, “We are thrilled to be a part of this local project and excited to be able to offer our professional construction management services to the Reineke Nissan Dealership. The entire project team has worked diligently throughout the design phase to blend the Nissan Corporation's standard requirements with the needs of the local dealership.”
